  1. I feel like I’m repeating myself too much here by always starting with, “Ow?”

    But seriously, ow?

    The darkness in your poetry often amazes me with its depth, and this one is no exception. The thunderstorm image (although it never says storm, I know it is) works exceptionally well in that the light only shines briefly, the sound disturbs, startles and disrupts. It also covers up screams.

    Chilling, to say the least.

    I’m going to comment only this once. If you don’t delete it after you read it, I won’t be back…still, it’s your site, do what you want. The comments are mostly S**T aren’t they? Everyone trying to figure you out without a clue. I’m falsely shoveled in with Bukowski, Hughes, and others. I don’t even like them. I do wish for you peace someday, that’s the best that I can do.
